Online Booking Guide


Required for STANDBY & SECURED reservations:

  • first and last name

  • email address (able to receive a verification email)

  • phone number (for a text reminder)


A SECURED reservation also requires:

  • securing credit / debit card (placed on file, no prepayment)








QUICK METHOD

(without making an account):



Making a quick reservation is fairly straight-forward, below are a summary of the steps, with a detailed guide including screenshots to assist with most questions.

STEP-BY-STEP: Booking without Registering

  • Choose a Promo & Services,
  • Click or Tap "Check Availability",
  • Choose a Date and Time,
  • Enter name, email, and phone (then Submit),
  • Receive a verification email (click the security link),
  • Enter credit card info (if securing your appointment),
  • Receive a confirmation email.
  • (Optional: create a password to register your account.)

Be sure to enter your email address correctly the first time with this option, otherwise you will not receive a verification email to complete your order, and will need to start over!








MORE RELIABLE METHOD

(make account first, checkout with login):



It's recommended that you register first (to verify the email address you enter is correct), to ensure you receive emails before booking. If there's a typo when entering your email address during checkout, you will lose the whole order since the email cannot be confirmed, and will need to start over. If you have already registered, and sign in to complete your booking, there are generally no such accidental problems.

Also, if you always book from the same device, you have the option to stay signed in, and make the booking process even faster by not having to enter your information each time.

  • Enter name, email, and phone,
  • Choose a password (then Submit),
  • Receive a verification email (click the security link),
  • Receive a confirmation email.


STEP-BY-STEP: Booking an Appointment

  • Choose a Promo & Services,
  • Click or Tap "Check Availability",
  • Choose a Date and Time,
  • Sign in with email and password (you can choose to stay signed in here),
  • Verify your info was correctly autofilled on the checkout form (then Submit),
  • Enter credit card info (first time for secured bookings),
  • Receive a confirmation email.


SUMMARY: Booking when already signed in, with card on file

  • Choose a Promo & Services,
  • Click or Tap "Check Availability",
  • Choose a Date and Time,
  • Verify your info was correctly autofilled on the checkout form (then Submit),
  • Choose to use credit card already on file, or enter a new one (for secured appointments),
  • Receive a confirmation email.


Reset / Change your Password

  • Opens the password reset form on Full Slate.

  • An option is on the Sabai website menu to do this at any time.

  • You can also go to http://sabaimaui.com/password, or you can click "Reset Password" from Full Slate's sign-in window, once you see dates and times to choose from while booking.
