This 5-day traditional course introduces you to the ancient healing art of Thai Massage, as taught by the Shivagakomarpaj Institute, or the “Old Medicine Hospital” of Chiang Mai, Thailand!
Students will learn this northern-style routine, a classic 90-minute flowing series of massage and yogic stretching that softens, loosens & lengthens the whole body, bringing it into a state of balance and relaxation! This class sets a solid foundation for student practice, and prepares you for more advanced levels of training.

Thai massage mats are provided, students need only to bring themselves and the desire to learn!
Classes are currently limited to 6 students to ensure plenty of time for instruction and group practice.
(No experience in massage or yoga is required to take this course!)
